# Does AssemblyAI have an incident response plan?

AssemblyAI has an Incident Response Plan and runbooks for managing incidents effectively. Runbooks exist for incidents that have been practiced, or have occurred before. If required, please contact [support@assemblyai.com](mailto:support@assemblyai.com) for generic samples.
