How to Share Account Access with Team Members

AssemblyAI supports multiple members per account with role-based access control. Each team member gets their own login.

Invite a team member

Owners and Admins can invite members from the AssemblyAI Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Members section
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the invitee’s email address and select a role (Admin or Reader)
  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with an accept link. Invite links expire after 7 days.

If you’ve reached your limit, revoke a pending invite or remove an existing member before sending a new one. To request a higher limit, contact support@assemblyai.com.
