Today, we’re excited to announce two new Enterprise offerings AutoTune Early Access and Premier Support and share the latest on our continued commitment to security.

Now, more than ever, audio has become integral to internet apps and services.

And with the rapid rise in AI advancements, organizations across industries like Video Platforms, Call Tracking, Podcasts, and more are adopting AI technology to innovate, differentiate, and ultimately drive their businesses forward.

Our customers in these spaces, such as Loop Media, CallRail, and Spotify, have seen the benefits of adopting AssemblyAI models to transcribe and understand audio data at extremely large scale. From feedback, we’ve heard that cross-functional teams are increasingly reliant on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) to deliver highly accurate transcriptions in order to do their best work. In addition, many customers are keen on taking advantage of more real-time, personalized technical support to make the most of our API.

We want AssemblyAI to be the most accessible API platform that product teams go to for easy access to State-of-the-Art AI models. That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of two new Enterprise offerings — AutoTune Early Access and Premier Support — in addition to a new security certification, that will continue to make building with AssemblyAI even more reliable and seamless.

Next-level transcription accuracy—now available with AutoTune

What is AutoTune? In short, AutoTune combines better transcription accuracy and our AI expertise into a single service for customers.

With AutoTune, now in Early Access, the AssemblyAI API can automatically identify potential errors our AI models are making when transcribing your data. These potential errors are then surfaced to our team of AI engineers, who analyze and proactively make improvements to our AI models in order to reduce the frequency of these errors occurring again.

Today, we’re rolling out AutoTune to a select few customers as part of our Early Access period. Once you’ve received access, activating AutoTune is a simple toggle-on in your dashboard. No code is required. From there, AutoTune works automatically in the background.

Once enabled, our team of AI researchers and engineers proactively review, analyze, and identify potential errors our AI models may be making on random samples of your data. You’ll stay in the loop through customized benchmark reports each quarter that your dedicated Account Manager will walk you through.

AutoTune can help customers across a wide variety of industries and use cases.

Here are just a few examples:

  • Conversation Intelligence: better identification of keywords unique to your business, or customers, that trigger downstream tasks for analytics and reporting
  • Media Monitoring: better identification of proper nouns, such as brand names, that are tracked for media success
  • Podcasts: better identification of slang, person names, and popular podcast hosts  that can improve the accuracy of downstream tasks like Topic Detection and Content Moderation
